Buying mojo issue?

Hi, im new to these forums. I have recently tried buying mojo and everything seemed to go through fine. When i was unsure whether the mojo should show up as soon as my card was charged, i sent and email to support. When i submitted a request for order status, it automatically popped up and said the order had been cancelled (although the charge is still showing up on the card).

So, my question for you guys i guess iss whether anyone has encountered anything similar to this? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hey...welcome to the forums. I had an issue with all my orders being cancelled for a day, but the charge never went through to the card. I can't remember what I did to fix it, but by any chance are you logged into more than one device?

You can try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it.
