shadow armour

Anyone know if any particular levels have a higher drop rate for the shadow fragments or is it just random? Ive been playing nerefrost harbour for 2 weeks and havent gotten a single fragment.any help would be appreciated ,thanks and feel free to add me refuse2lose ign

The very last boss level has pretty much the highest chance to get not for sale items.
if you think you will get enough fragments from nerfrost harbor you are gonna have a bad time

i dont think ne'er frost harbor even has a chance to drop shadow armor frags, i think since the gem update its from loeffling on. But chaos devil is right the best not for sale drop rate is the dragon. i average about 4 frags a week of not for sale stuff from the dragon, whereas i would only get 1 drop ever 2 weeks or so.

I have had a ton of success with frags on Fire Valley Boss stage. My Zerker can solo it and he already has Shadow Shoulders, and Shadow Wrists(whatever they are called). I need one more frag for Shadow chest piece. I need a few for the sword but dont care about that, what I really want is the Helm and I have yet to get a frag for it even though the "i" says you can get helm frags there. For my Succy, I havent got any fire gear yet, but she is a little behind. I need two more frags for the wings, and a few for the wrists. I have got a helm of fire frag from fire valley so I wish my zerk would get some.

Thanks for the help everyone,im just taking my time in adventure ,i want to get most of my troops to level 6 because ive heard adventure gets pretty tough. I just now made it to loeefing or however you spell it last night

Yeah some of the adventure levels can be a *****, its the damn wolves I hate.

Which setup are you using on this boss?

On the Fire Valley Boss? I just use my Zerker. I position him so he will take out both the moth and zerker. Then he tears through the rest fast enough that they dont take my castle.

Can you post a setup to farm it for the shadow gear?

I can beat it but I loose all kinds of guys, please post your setup. Im level 38

Did drop rate of shadow fragments get lowered or something? I got a bunch of fragments and am close to finishing the gloves and shoulders but for the last 2 weeks I have only been getting mechanical fragments or nothing at all.

I am talking about Fire Valley end boss.

I feel your pain. I haven't been getting any fragments either as of late. Perhaps they did lower it.
