Max Reputation level? Empty Max Reputation level?

Just wondering how high some other players have gotten, i recently got to level 5 reputation but have seen people at 6.... anyone know the high level and if there even is a cap?

I don't think they've thought this through at all.

Just level up a couple of extra accounts and pound their D daily to farm free rep.
