I was using trolls and footman to beat them so far. Not sure whats going on with you guys lol.

Well, I used them to up until this point. Now, they eat through everyone in front of them. I'm using level 6 troll and foot man.

Are lvl 6 units really worth it? I have lvl 5 Troll and Footmen. Got 19 Spar but don't know what to upgrade. Deciding between AA(3), IW(3), WR(4), T(6) and F(6).

what about trying cyborgs with priests behind them?

The issues with the dogs and the snow monsters at high lvl is actually the roll of cannons in the back. If you try tanking them with cyborgs or knights with priests behind the priests are gone in 3 or 4 rounds. A roll of mages followed by archangels is not sufficient to put them down before the tanks die. At that point everything but the Succubus dies pretty fast. By the time the hero kills the canons your castle is almost destroyed.
