Loeffing Level 8
It's been requested a couple times on this forum and all over the wiki page for LE... I know we've got people beating adventure mode entirely, so someone please post how to beat Loeffing level 8? I haven't made progress in adventure mode in a while now. Been farming honor to try to wall rush like people talk about all the time, but even that doesn't work.

Re: Loeffing Level 8
Yes, that level is **** annoying and you'll lose a lot of units a straight fight.
What I did was put my hero on the top row, and backed it up by shaman and footman (to absorb iron wheel attacks, cannon attacks).
The range on the enemy units at the bottom work out that only 3 units can attack your wall at once, so taking out the 1500 hp enemy wall is rather easy. Even if you still have some trouble, you can fill the field with cheap footman/trolls to hold them back.
However if you can't find a way for your hero to survive hacking through to the wall, the whole tactic becomes moot.
In that case, you'll need a backline of mages, archangels, and shaman behind angels to kill the 3 front yetis as quickly as possible. Fill the front 3 columns with footman. Keep a melee hero shaman'd up if you're using one. I'm pretty sure you will win, but you'll probably lose >90% of your army.
If you want to try doing that, having upgraded shaman/mage/angels helps out a great deal.
If you STILL can't pass the level, then all I can say is you reached your limit. Farm the previous levels until your hero/units can get stronger.

I was going to try something like the first one you listed, but I got invaded last night and all my units died. So I'll probably make a bunch of trolls today and try later tonight.

I tried that and my berserker got plastered pretty quickly and lost 30-40 trolls or whatever. I guess I need to have my trolls at level 6 first?
